Algebra I:
This week the algebra I class will be beginning Chapter 8: Quadratics. We hope to get through sections 1-3 before the end of the week. Students will also be updating their "Algebra Folders" and making corrections to their midterms.
American History:
Students have started looking at Chapter 22 in their small groups. They will complete their group project for their assigned section and present either Thursday or Friday of this week. Each group has been assigned a specific section in the chapter that they need to present to the class and then make a 5 question true/false quiz for their classmates to take.
Math 7:
The math 7 class has just finished their unit on integers and solving equations. Many did very well with this unit, but those that are still struggling need to see me during S&C to get some extra help. We are now moving into our small unit on central tendancy (mean, median, mode, etc) and will learn about box and whisker plots at the end of the week.
